An assessment of an opportunity’s readiness for the next stage,

independent and grounded in practitioner expertise

Decision Readiness Review

Is your project ready for the next step?

Technical, commercial and organisational work is often matured in parallel streams. But a project only works if the pieces fit together. Does each step deliver what the next one needs? Are the key assumptions built from the bottom up, or are they targets?

The review brings these building blocks together into one integrated view of the key value drivers, risks and interfaces, and an understanding of where influence actually exists.

Using 6 assessment dimensions, it tests whether the pieces add up, and whether the remaining uncertainty is understood, proportionate and managed.

We start with value, not process

A practical approach, grounded in more than two decades of hands-on experience leading large, complex initiatives from early concept to final investment decision. We first identify where value and influence sit, then shape the decision making and process around that.

  • Engagement: Kick-off, mid-review discussion and final presentation.

  • Duration: Typically one to two weeks.

  • Output: A written report with the readiness assessment, conditions to close and recommendations.

  • Fee: Fixed, agreed upfront.
